1) Kindly read the Terms & Conditions before placing your order. Once we receive your order, meaning you have read and agreed with it.
2) Payment must be made within 24 hours after confirmation of order. Once payment received all parcel will be send out the next working day and tracking number provided upon request. (Email, print screen of the receipt to us!)
3) We are oblige to reply all purchase order, enquires within 24 hours.
4) All items are first come first serve basis. (Reserve will only be hold for 24 hours!), in the event of a wrong product code is submitted please notify us, if parcel has sent out we can still perform on exchange for the exact product but all incurred cost would have be barred by buyer.
5) Buyers are to bear all shipping cost unless stated.
6) Serious buyer only. There is no exchange, return and refund as we had checked CLEARLY on every item before we sent out. Refund would only be made if the selected product is out of stock. * Off course we will always double or even triple check our product availability before confirming with all dearies.
7) We should not b held responsible over any lost or damage during delivery.
8) Due to different contrast of monitor, some of the color items might be slightly different from actual product.
9) All measurements stated are on approximate basis (+ - 5 cm). My Teddy Heart shall not be held liable for incorrect sizing clothes.
